Refund & Returns Policy

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • Incorrect item received

Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all skincare products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return or refund.

4. Refunds
Once the return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the shipping cost.
  • Otherwise, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
